Question 1

How is AP Professionals different from a typical staffing firm?

Accepted Answer

Most firms compete on volume: send many résumés fast and hope one fits. We specialize in healthcare, utilities, and enterprise IT, so we send fewer, better-matched people. Our dedicated account manager will work with you and your team. The account manager will assign recruiter(s) to focus on and fill your hiring need. Our goal is a relationship that lasts a lifetime, not a one-time fill.

Question 2

How quickly can you present candidates?

Accepted Answer

We typically present qualified candidates within 72 hours of understanding your role. Because our recruiters have worked in our industries for years, they start from an established network instead of a cold search.

Question 3

How experienced is your recruiting team?

Accepted Answer

Our team of 11 recruiters is unusually stable: 6 have been with AP for more than 15 years and 3 for more than 10 years. That continuity means experienced recruiters who know your industry.

Question 4

How long have you been doing this?

Accepted Answer

Since 1998. That's more than 28 years of placing professionals across our industry focus areas: healthcare, utilities, and enterprise IT.

Question 5

Question 6

Which industries and roles do you focus on?

Accepted Answer

Healthcare technology (including clinical and allied health operations), utilities and infrastructure, information technology (including enterprise transformation), and government and public sector. Common roles include project and program managers, business and systems analysts, developers and engineers, data specialists, service desk, and security professionals.

Question 7

Who will we work with day to day?

Question 10

Accepted Answer

Each client has different onsite, remote, hybrid, and relocation expectations, set directly by the end client.
